  1. Pricing

We offer competitive pricing with the convenience of online reservations. Prices listed on our website are per person unless stated otherwise and do not include:

Gratuities for guides or drivers

Passport or visa fees

Travel insurance

Meals and beverages (unless specified)

Accommodation, room service, and laundry

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. By providing your credit card details, you authorize us to process the transaction.

  1. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Zuhd Tours. Please retain a copy as proof of payment. Ensure all travel details are correctly provided during booking to avoid any inconvenience.

  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each tour package has its own cancellation policy. Please review the specific policy before booking.

If a part of a combo tour is canceled, the discounted rate no longer applies, and standard rates will be used for the remaining tours.

Visa fees are non-refundable once processed.

Ensure all tours in a combo package are available before booking, as partial refunds are not permitted.

4.2 No-Show

No refunds (full or partial) will be issued for missed tours or unused tickets.

Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed bookings, airport transfers, or travel-related services.

  1. Cancellation Procedures

Before canceling a booking, please review the applicable cancellation policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Once received, we will confirm the cancellation and applicable fees. Zuhd Tours is not responsible for unreceived or unconfirmed cancellation requests.

  1. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, airline schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. We will offer alternatives of similar value when available. Minor amendments may be made without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for changes due to natural disasters or force majeure events.

  1. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy

If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will provide an alternative of similar standard. Check-in and check-out policies depend on the hotel, and Zuhd Tours is not responsible for early or late check-in denials due to hotel occupancy.

  1. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend travelers purchase insurance covering accidents, illness, baggage loss, and trip cancellations. Zuhd Tours is not liable for any incidents arising during the trip.

  1. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying all required travel documents, such as passports or valid ID cards. No refunds will be issued due to missing documents. International travelers must check visa and health requirements with their respective consulates before booking.

  1. Website Usage Restrictions

All website content, including logos, images, and tour details, is the property of Zuhd Tours. You may not use this content for commercial, non-personal, or unauthorized purposes.

  1. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We do not provide services to countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in compliance with UAE regulations.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions, disputes, and claims related to this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
